EEG Analysis

Within NeuroCenter EEG, several advanced EEG analyses are available based on your subscription. Here you’ll find more information on these analyses, their intended use and scientific literature related to the analyses.

ICU Signal Assistant

For quick assessment of long recordings, use the ICU Signal Assistant or ISA analysis. This analysis classifies the signal into 7 different categories (iso-electric, low voltage, burst suppression, hypofunctional, normal, GPD’s and epileptiform discharges). The analysis also indicates if too many artifacts are present to reliably assess the category. This is all displayed in a nice to read color coded graph.

The analysis outputs a textual assessment every five minutes, summarizing the most relevant parameters, together with a DD suggestion for you to review.
